AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

This Privacy Policy explains how SimplyLead (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Latvia (VAT: LV02120520158), collects, uses, processes, stores, and protects information in connection with its SaaS platform and related services (“Services”). By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Privacy Policy

1. SCOPE OF THIS POLICY

This Policy applies to information collected from users, visitors, subscribers, and individuals whose publicly available business information is indexed through our automated systems.

This Policy does not apply to third-party platforms, including Google authentication services or Stripe payment processing systems, which are governed by their own privacy policies.

2. CATEGORIES OF DATA COLLECTED

We may collect and process the following categories of information: account registration data (name, email address), Google authentication identifiers, billing and subscription status (processed via Stripe), usage data, log data, device information, and publicly available business information collected via automated crawling.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data unless voluntarily provided by a user.

3. PUBLICLY AVAILABLE BUSINESS DATA

SimplyLead indexes and processes publicly accessible business-related information discovered through automated crawling technologies.

We do not claim ownership of third-party websites or their content. Indexed data may be stored in our database and made accessible to platform users.

We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or ongoing validity of indexed information.

4. USER-UPLOADED DATA

Users may upload contact lists or other business data. We do not verify the legality, consent status, or compliance of uploaded data.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring lawful processing of uploaded data.

5. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

We process information to provide and improve the Services, manage accounts, process subscriptions, maintain platform security, operate enrichment systems, store indexed data, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and enforce contractual rights.

6. LEGAL BASES (GDPR)

Where applicable, processing is based on contractual necessity, legitimate interest (including operating a searchable business intelligence database), user consent (where required), and legal obligations.

7. DATA RETENTION

Account data is retained for as long as necessary to provide Services and comply with legal obligations.

Publicly indexed business data may be retained indefinitely until recrawled inactive or corrected upon verified request.

8. DATA SHARING

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with service providers strictly for operational purposes, including hosting providers, Google (authentication), and Stripe (payment processing).

Publicly indexed business information may be accessible to other users of the platform.

9. SECURITY MEASURES

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards; however, no system is completely secure. Users acknowledge inherent risks of internet-based services.

10. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Data may be processed in the European Union or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Appropriate safeguards are implemented where required by law.

11. USER RIGHTS

Depending on jurisdiction, users may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, or object to processing of personal data. Requests may be submitted via contact email.

We may deny requests where legally permitted or technically infeasible.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Google authentication is used for login. Stripe is used for subscription billing. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

13. CHILDREN

The Services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.

14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revisions.
